Blatant MP3 player theft in Target, USA
The theft of MP3 players from high street shops is commonplace as they’re such high value items, and very small, meaning they can be stolen by unscrupulous people quite easily.
However a Target store in Newburgh, USA, last week was the victim of a blatant robbery when a man walked into the shop armed with a pair of shears and proceeded to cut open an entire display of MP3 players from their packaging.
Once he had done this, according to police, he concealed $700 worth of MP3 players about his person and brazenly walked out of the front door. This audacious theft has left the police baffled as to his identity, and how he managed to get away with it.
They are currently hoping that people will come forward with information about the theft.
It seems when someone wants an MP3 player; they’re not willing to wait for the queues!
