To call the iAudio D2 an “MP3 Player” simply doesn’t do it any justice! OK, it is an MP3 player, but it’s so much more. In our opinion the iAudio D2 is a serious contender for the best portable multimedia device ever made. The great thing about it is that not only does it boast an amazing array of features and list of impressive specifications, it has the muscle to back them up. Everything it does, it does really, really well and just when you thought it couldn’t really get any better, the geniuses at Cowon Systems have introduced a DAB radio into the mix.

Things we loved about the iAudio D2:

TOUCH SCREEN: For a portable media device with so many features, this was a great move. Navigation makes it easy to use as the menus are really well designed and with the touch screen interface there's no confusing button arrangements or funny controls, it's simply a case of point the stylus to the right position in the screen.

VIDEO PLAYBACK: Music on the go not enough for you? Well now you can have it videos too! The 8GB model has enough internal memory to hold up to 18 hours of high quality video files - roughly 9 full length movies or 50 episodes of The Simpsons!
TV OUT: Connect your iAudio D2 to your TV and watch your movies on the big screen: A truly portable entertainment device in a class of it's own.

MEMORY CARD EXPANSION: Whether you're simply running out of space or just want room to grow, the iAudio D2 MP3 player supports SD / MMC cards up to 8GB in capacity. With the 8GB model, you can have a massive 16GB of flash memory storage!

	DAB / FM RADIO: All models come with a built in radio, the DAB model has a DAB radio and the regular model an FM Radio which you can listen to and even record from.

	SOUND QUALITY: Simply put, we've never heard an MP3 player which sounds better. It boasts a massive 74mW of power per channel - your bog standard MP3 players manage only 5mW! This doesn't mean that it's deafeningly loud (although the maximum volume is higher than your normal MP3 player) it really means that even at the highest of volumes, you get crystal clear listening.

	PODCAST READY: The latest news, reviews and music downloads straight to your MP3 player when you subscribe to your favourite podcasts.

	DRM 10 (JANUS SUPPORT): The iAudio D2 MP3 player has full "Plays For Sure" certification, which means it also works with subscription based music services like "Napster To Go"
